Polaroids. Vintage Art of Photography

I love Polaroids!  At some point in time we all have been frozen in time with a Polaroid camera. My friend, if you can, hunt them down and keep them close to you for years to come. Polaroids are an unintentional art. The sweet and dirty of shutter speed, aperture, and white balance.  Sometimes, in my opinion, over powers the idea of composition.  I don’t know if Polaroid creators thought 15-20 years later the image it captured would be defining of its era.  You can surely check more out via Flickr.

Remember when D’Angelo came out with “How does it feel” on the Voodoo album. Great song and album. But then Jamie Foxx decided he would do a version of “How Does it Feel.” And of course it’s hilarious. Original “Untitled – How Does it Feel” D’Angelo video.

I remember when “Good Times” was the episode of choice. And no matter the circumstances they “keep they head above water, making a way” when they could. The “Jefferson’s” were moving on up to the east side and finally got that piece of pie they worked so hard for. And Sanford & Son bought and sold junk to live. Now we have Paris Hilton crowding my visual space trying to find a fake BFF. And Brodie Love (modern day male courting). I shall close my eyes and walk past TV’s.
